DESCRIPTION

Wright Wealth Strategies is excited to have USPAP Compliant Appraisers, Alice Karle and Peter Katoff, to provide verbal appraisals for our clients' selected collectibles and antiques! 

Alice and Peter specialize in fine art, decorative art, jewelry, sterling silver, special gold coins and also appraise most items of personal property.  For more information, visit their website at:  alicekarleappraiserfineart.com. The “Gallery” section has examples of some of the items they have appraised over the years.

The appraisals for the upcoming event will be low scope verbal valuations and are for general knowledge and entertainment purposes. They are not intended to be relied upon for estate valuation or sales purposes.

To submit an item for consideration of appraisal:

  • Step 1: If you have an item that you are interested in having appraised, email Li a description of the item.  If it is a painting or print then include the artist and any additional information that you might have regarding the item. 

  • Step 2: If the item is chosen to be appraised, we will forward you the appraisers’ Photo Guide and Inventory Form to complete so the appropriate level of research can be done prior to the event.

  • Step 3:  Bring the item to the event on 4/24 if it is feasible to do so.  If the item is a large bureau, bring one drawer. 

Because we are limited in the number of items that can be appraised, depending on client interest, we may host similar events in the future, either in person again or via Zoom. 

We encourage everyone to attend regardless of whether you have an item to be appraised.  Snacks and beverages will be served, and it should be a truly fun and educational experience for us all!  Please RSVP whether you will be attending.
